Monarch is a research discovery platform that helps users find, read, and understand academic papers. We provide personalized recommendations, audio summaries, and learning tools to enhance your research experience.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use another person's account without permission

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Scrape or collect data from the App without permission
• Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights

Content and Intellectual Property

The App displays content from various sources, including arXiv, OpenReview, and other academic repositories. This content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms and licenses.

AI-generated summaries and audio content are provided for educational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for reading the original papers.

Beta Service

Monarch is currently in beta. The service may contain bugs, be interrupted, or change without notice. We provide the App "as is" without warranties of any kind during the beta period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarch Frontier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
